About myself: I feel more confident and more ME with curly/wavy hair...had a meeting today and while I was in the shower, I thought to myself that I simply could not be bothered to break out the straightener and blow dryer. (honestly, my arms hurt from The Shred) So I let my hair go curly. And whaa-zam, more confident then ever.
About the people I love: They will go buy me Starbucks if I ask nicely. Two lovely loved ones today! I am spoiled and have the best 'support team' ever.
About the world: Sports stars/franchises can have big hearts. Did anyone catch the story at the halftime of the Laker/Magic game? About the little boy who wouldn't talk - until he went to a Magic game? And so the team gave his family tickets to all the games? Talk about waterworks.
About a stranger: Smiling and laughter works wonders.

My arms are hurting from the shred!! I just finished my 3rd day of the 30 minutes and my arms are shaking! ahhh but thank you for getting me onto it darling!!
I wish I had a starbucks here, I am most likely going to ruin all the shred work I have been doing when i indulge in it next week in paris! I think I am more excited about starbucks then paris - gosh thats sad haha!!
