crack pie and a big giveaway!

Remember when I teased you about some upcoming fun things?

Well, my friends, the time has come.

Last week, I got a big box in the mail from CSN Stores and it made me a very happy girl.

It's no secret that I have a big old crush on anything Le Creuset {especially in that killer Caribbean color, omg it's to die for.}

So when I opened the box and saw these beauties:

I immediately began dreaming of all the delicious-ness I could make.

And just as important, everything {i also got a mini muffin pan, but I haven't used it yet} was shipped SO quickly and very carefully! I mean, hello, Le Creuset is not what you would call cheap...so it better be shipped in a way that guarantees it won't break! And it was.

Anyways...

what did I make?

Well. I went for the gold, I did not hold back. While I've never been to NYC, there's a recipe that has been showing up everywhere. It's Anderson Cooper's favorite, it was on the Martha Stewart Show. And it costs $44 to buy one.

I made the Crack Pie from Momofuku Milk Bar in NYC.

This is reallyreallyreally good. It definitely lives up to its name. I linked to the recipe above. Go. Make it.
