Life is good though.
Work is fun and really busy. Over this past weekend, I had to work at 5am for a special project. Let's just say I do not miss my days of working early. It was rough and I do not think I have completely recovered yet. But yeah, it's all good. Although my work bff is not with my company any longer. I know. I am sad and miss him every day. It's crazy how much his leaving impacted me! My whole day is different. {side note: my work has gotten me addicted to fiber one bars. holy hell they are delicious.}
B is still my favorite boyfriend. He is in a show at the Laguna Playhouse (go see it this weekend!), so a lot of his time has been spent in rehearsals. But he knows when I need some attention. That is when I get a text and he calls me 'kitten' or he spends the night at my house {i prefer my house over his these days. his house is coooollllldddd} and cuddles with Bells and myself. We have reached a level of comfort that I really like. I like talking to him and I like that he knows to ask about the guy at work who doesn't like me {gasp}. It's comfortable, but not boring. We're in a good place. It's just fine! {as he would say. charming, really} {we're going on 9 months, people! who woulda thought.}

I really appreciated the comments I got on the post about the holidays and the loss of my grandpa. Y'all made me think. The holidays are a go! I am ready for Motown Christmas and homemade Kit Kat bars and egg nog and dogs in sweaters. I am ready to talk about memories of my amazing papa and I am ready to get and give some hugs. {no i am not drunk right now} It will be good.
I've basically already planned out my birthday party and birthday week. Yes, it is in February. What?
I really want to get on the gold glitter nail polish train you are all probably riding. Maybe this weekend.
That is basically what I have been up to. Honestly, now that I have gotten all this out, I feel like I can blog freely again. Weird but true.

I've been seeing that gold glitter nail polish EVERYWHERE. Deborah something with actual gold. But I love my OPI for Sephora "Only Gold for Me" just fine. GOLD IS PRETTY!
